Goals: Together we will first identify, then explore how your thoughts and feelings affect you, learn where they originated and how they connect to the beliefs and behaviors you express in your life. In therapy, you will learn to practice effective strategies to help improve how you experience and interact with your world so you can heal and feel happier.
It’s so hard sometimes to feel vulnerable and reach out for help when you need it, but no one was meant to carry all of their burdens alone. Sometimes friends and family mean well, but they might not fully understand. Sometimes friends and family are just not available to you. Therapy can be a place where you feel heard, understood, valued and finally heal.
