ABOUT

Hey, there. I’m Zach (he/him). Chances are, if you’re here, you’ve found yourself at a point in your life where you want, or perhaps need, to make a change, even if you don’t quite know what that change is yet. That’s alright. A good therapist is like having a trusted guide by your side to help you figure out the best path forward and to ease you through the harder spots. I’ll help you figure out where you need to be, plot the best route to get you there, and support you every step of the way. If the story of your life isn’t what you think it should be, let me help you rewrite it in a way that better fits.

I work from a positive, person-centered place, tailoring my approach to each client’s individual needs. I do my best to make therapy an accessible, human process by building a safe, stable, healthy therapeutic relationship using hope, humor, and open acceptance without judgement. I’ll meet you where you are to help you to get to who you want to be.

As someone working towards AASECT sex therapist certification, I have extensive training and experience (5+ years) in working with those in non-traditional relationships (E/CNM, poly, etc.), members of the kink community (I’m a trusted provider there), and the LGBTQ+ communities, including offering gender-affirming, competent transition therapy.
