I have a desire to develop a strong therapeutic relational alliance with all of my clients. This desire comes from working with people in the wide range of struggles they face. Whether it is during a time of crisis or a time of relative ease in a person’s life, it is nice to have someone who is fighting for you. I believe counseling provides a safe environment and it gives new tools to interact with life in a different way. Any person seeking counseling can be better equipped to face life with all its demands.

I have over 15 years of experience in counseling. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and use a wide varieties of strategies found in other therapy modalities like, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, to help clients on their way to healing.
