Right now there is a lot of uncertainty, distress, anxiety sadness, and fear while we navigate social distancing and staying at home. Feeling out of control, disconnected, and even experiencing separation anxiety can be so overwhelming while our society is experiencing this too. It is a time to grieve, to be sad, to be anxious, and to struggle. You do not have to go through this alone.
