We all experience highs and lows in life and can use support in moving through these challenges. I enjoy working with people who are experiencing relationship stressors, symptoms of anxiety or depression, grief / loss support, and working with first generation immigrants. Regardless of background, I am here to help you gain the insight, support and tools necessary to live a full and balanced life.

I am a culturally competent, trauma informed clinician whose approach is strengths based. I work primarily with adolescents and adults. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and a relationship-focused approach to therapy. I am currently accepting Medicaid and Self-Pay clients at this time.
