Life is not fair. Each of our lives is unique and different. We have the ability to learn, change, and grow to what we desire for ourselves. We each get our own challenges. Assisting others through my knowledge, life experience, and education is a gift I have grown to know and love. I enjoy helping individuals, couples and families achieve what they desire and to better know and understand themselves and others. I am an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. I have friends and loved ones of all races, cultures , and ethnicities and I view life as a great opportunity to serve. I specialize with anxiety, depression, substance abuse and addiction challenges and with assisting couples in understanding and changing to develop stronger bonds and learning to accept and help each other grow and move on from mistakes and past challenges. I understand family dynamics and the changes that can assist them to grow together and move forward.

As a farmer, police officer and leader, divorced and married husband/father with a blended family I have experienced the “sea of life”. I understand and welcome the opportunity to assist others in the learning, changes and growth needed to absorb the joys of life and weather the storms that come as part of this quickly passing life experience.
