I am a bilingual psychologist vastly trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy(CBT), but I also employ interventions derived from many disciplines/techniques including; Mindfulness, Client Centered Therapy, among others. I strongly believe that treatment should be tailor to the peculiarities of each person’s inner world to maximize benefits.
