I have the heart for helping people and walking alongside them in their journey to heal. Life can bring unexpected challenges. I aim to work collaboratively with my clients to help them through the various road blocks and difficulties that life presents. People frequently limit themselves based on old assumptions and expectations and it can be freeing to start to disentangle this. My approach is interactive, warm, empathetic, accepting, and individually tailored to each person’s unique needs. This last year we have faced so much uncertainty with covid-19 causing greater stressors. It’s vital that you feel heard and supported.
I have extensive experience in emergency psychiatry and have worked in both academic and outpatient counseling. I have specialty working with culturally diverse populations and provide services in Spanish & English. I absolutely love the work that I do and continue to learn so much from each interaction.
