My approach is warm and relational (talk therapy) with a combination of behavioral therapy (CBT/DBT) and meditation/mindfulness practices. Additionally, I am EMDR certified and ACT trained. I may also use coaching strategies to help you solve minor issues if that feels useful to you. My approach is extremely flexible because each person’s needs are unique!
I have experience in issues related to depression, anxiety, self esteem, trauma, relationships, eating disorders and many other mental health areas. I enjoy working with adults, couples and teens. I accept insurance as an out of network provider and am happy to provide you with a superbill (invoice of sessions to submit to your insurance provider).
