I believe that it is my responsibility to be committed and to advocate on behalf of all my clients in order to help them reach their highest potential. I understand the importance of working with a client holistically and taking all factors of life into consideration. I believe it is essential to work collaboratively with clients in order to build and maintain a therapeutic relationship and progress forward. Therapy is a very personal experience and I am grateful to be a part of your journey.
I have a passion to work with women, children and families. I often utilize Person Centered Therapy, as well as use a range of other therapies depending on the client’s needs. I have experience working with children and adolescents with ADHD, Anger Management, and Depression. I have attended Gottman Couples Therapy Level 1 training, and work with couples.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. Through my training at Loyola Community and Family Services I gained experience working with children, adolescents, and families in both the community and school setting. I also have experience working with adults in an Eating Recovery Center/Mood and Anxiety residential setting as a Behavioral Health Counselor.
