I offer a compassionate, safe space in which to explore and work with the feelings, fear, anxieties and uncertainty of these challenging times. I also offer support and tools with which you can begin to change negative patterns, heal early wounding, learn to support yourself with self-acceptance, and open to new possibilities.
I work with issues including: self-esteem, depression, anxiety, childhood abuse, trauma, loss, midlife, spirituality, transitions and relationships. I draw on years of experience and a broad background including EMDR, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, somatic awareness, Jungian perspectives, and The Work of Byron Katie.
