Do you find yourself always in the position of caring for others more then yourself? Have you suffered trauma or want to heal difficult patterns in your family or relationships? I provide a warm, open environment to help clients learn to know and trust themselves, and to help clients express themselves comfortably in friendship, family, partner and work relationships.

I use strength-based and client-centered approaches so we can work together as a team. I use a variety of techniques including Cognitive and Dialectical Behavioral therapies and energy work. On more than one occasion someone has told me in session, “I didn’t expect to laugh today.”

During my sessions I strive to create an environment where you feel safe and know that you only have to take care of yourself. Supporting LGBTQ+ people heal is one of my driving passions.
