Times are extremely challenging. With all the changes occurring in the world, many of our underlying issues are arising. I am here to help you address your relational, psychological, and emotional blockages. First and foremost, I am a therapist focused on the healing of psychoemotional wounds. My orientation is informed by the study of trauma, attachment, and systems theory. I utilize Ketamine as well as other Integrative Psychiatric approaches as a catalyst for psychotherapy.

Ketamine Psychotherapy is one of only a handful of treatments that works rapidly and effectively. Psychotherapy in combination with Ketamine catalyzes the process of psychological healing and growth. My training in Somatic Experiencing and Hakomi, as well as Integrative Psychiatry unify into a synergistic approach that supports your embodied transformation.

In these challenging times, we often need support through the process of uncovering and healing what is limiting us. The work we do together can help you digest what no longer serves you, and connect you to what does.

SeattleNTC – Tacoma Bellevue Bellingham Seattle

We are not currently accepting new patients for medication management. When depression has you ready to give up, you need doctors who won’t. SeattleNTC – www.seattlentc.com – is a specialty clinic offering compassionate, expert care for severe depression and other hard-to-treat psychiatric conditions throughout the Puget Sound region. We specialize in transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), esketamine (Spravato), electroconvulsive therapy (ECT), and other interventions for debilitating depression that has not improved with medications and psychotherapy.

Only 2/3 of patients with depression experience substantial relief of their symptoms with medications and therapy. Most of those recover in their first 2 antidepressant trials! For the other 1/3 – nearly 6 million Americans – TMS, esketamine, and other treatments offer a medical breakthrough, with nearly 90% improving with one of these options.

We do not tell patients that they are “out of options” or that they have “tried everything.” The very best part of our work is being able to say to patients that there is hope – that there is a very high chance that they will get better. If you or your loved one are suffering from depression and medications and therapy have not helped, please let us know.

Lubna Grewal

I established Denver Psychiatric Clinic to add needed space for individuals to focus on issues affecting their mental well-being. Anxiety, mood instability, depression, relationship stress, and general dissatisfaction are often what bring people into treatment but typically represent only the surface layer of why we experience distress the way we do. The purpose of my practice is to create space for exploration of any and all sources of that distress through medication and/or therapy. My objective for each patient is that such exploration facilitates improvement through an increased understanding of themselves.

Amongst colleagues, I am known for performing thorough diagnostic assessments that incorporate all aspects of my patients’ lives. That initial assessment allows me to create an individualized treatment plan that accounts for each person’s strengths and vulnerabilities. This approach increases the likelihood of success.

For many people, asking for help seems risky. But, the urge to ask at all points to the courage we have to tolerate risks that are worth taking. I am grateful for the opportunity to provide a compassionate space for people in their time of need.

In any field of health care the essence of treatment is the clinical relationship. To work it must be flexible, equal, open and free of judgment. As humans if we enter a safe welcoming relationship with a caretaker whether a therapist or psychopharmacologist, we learn together, we change and we grow emotionally. If I can make someone feel comfortable, safe, understood, validated and appreciated — then I have succeded! Getting better grows from there.

A Mind Affair, LLC

Hello this is Dr. Frantz Georges (psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner). I’ve been working as mental health nurse for over 25 years and as a practitioner the past 6 years. I treat patients with ADHD, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and other psychotic disorders. I treat each one of my patients individually and provide the best possible care to them. If you are looking for someone to listen to your needs and to take time to understand your problems (situation); you have found the right provider. Once again I treat individuals from 5-100 years old with a variety of mental health disorders.

Access to mental health is a matter of life and death similarly to access to medical care. That is why I make myself available to meet my patients wherever they may reside in the state of Georgia. I know people have choices when it comes to choosing a mental health provider.

However, it is important to choose a provider that puts your needs at the forefront.

Nicole Humphrey

I am a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with the Strock Medical Group. My previous work as a community mental health provider in a large organization allowed me the opportunity to work in various settings ranging from outpatient clinics to inpatient crisis settings. I have over 10 years of work as an RN in a variety of settings in both the mental health and medical specialties. I realize the unfortunate stigma that surrounds mental health and substance use, and I work hard to normalize the experience and decrease any unease that individuals may have.

I offer medication options for a variety of issues including, but not limited to depression, mood instability, psychosis, trauma, anxiety, substance use disorders, and ADHD. I treat all ages from childhood through adulthood. I provide supportive psychotherapy to supplement medication use and encourage individualized or group therapy as necessary.

Most importantly, I enjoy what I do, and I like people. I provide a judgment-free zone for all individuals that I work with. My goal is to work with you to help come up with a plan that addresses the issues that are most important to you.

Annette Lowery Klingler

Annette is breaking the status quo by utilizing 16 years of patient care combining complementary diagnostic tools like genetic medication testing and cutting-edge therapies in conjunction with evidence-based care to advance the mental health of her patients. With medical and psychological training, she treats the “whole” patient, both mind and body in a holistic, integrated, and complimentary manner, stopping the “band-aid” effect. Her approach to mental health is to acknowledge all individuals are different, there is no “one size fits all” and her focus is to provide customized therapeutic interventions for each individual patient.

Her specialty is caring for patients that feel they just “exist”, often shuffled in the healthcare system not feeling heard or validated, and complex cases needing an out-of-the-box, fresh new look and treatment approach. She helps patients find hope, a new sense of purpose and happiness that once never seemed imaginable that re-instills the human spirit.

I look forward to helping my patients reach their highest potential and instilling a new hope that happiness and mental health can be achieved. My “why” isn’t just the years I have worked with patients, my “why” is to help patients find the hope that they somehow have lost along the way in this life… and with hope, I truly believe anything is possible.

ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS. I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I use evidence-based research when treating mental health issues. This research reveals treatments that are effective using medication sparingly, along with nutritional supplements or supplements alone and lifestyle changes . One of the most important aspects of my care is education. I want to educate you on all your treatment options, together we will find the treatment plan you feel comfortable with.

I bring hope. Together we will find a way through your dark night; it is not hopeless, all is not lost. If you find yourself sitting in the dark hole of depression, I will climb down into the hole and sit beside you, and together we will find the strength to climb towards a brighter future.

If life has become overwhelming and you need someone who is on your side as you grow through your current struggles, I encourage you to call and connect with someone who understands that life is hard, sometimes we struggle to simply stand. Asking for help is not a sign of weakness, it is a sign of strength, it is your first step up from that dark hole.

Karen Hennessy

Karen Hennessy, CPNP/PMHNP-BC has worked with children, adolescents, young adults, and parents for over 30 years. Ms. Hennessy worked in pediatric oncology at the NIH and at Georgetown University Hospital where she spent 10 years as coordinator and nurse practitioner for the Lombardi Childhood Cancer Survivorship Program. During this time, she also received additional training in neuro-development.

Ms. Hennessy’s diversified and unique background in both pediatric and adolescent medicine and psychiatry has enriched her clinical skills as well as her own perspective. She feels strongly that childhood illness in any domain impacts the family has a whole, and that effective treatment involves strong support and education for both the patient and family.

Ms. Hennessy places an emphasis on establishing a strong rapport with patients and families that is based on trust, compassion, honest communication, and respect for patients’ values. At The Chesapeake Center, Ms. Hennessy provides both medication management and/or psychotherapy to help her patients reach their goals.
